Gochujang Deviled Eggs

A zippy spin on traditional deviled eggs

Ingredients:

  • A few TBSPs of light mayo

  • 1-2 TBSPs of Dijon Mustard

  • Dash of onion powder

  • Dash of garlic powder

  • A few splashes of hot sauce

  • 4 Large eggs

  • A spoonful of Gochujang sauce

  • A dash of paprika

Recipe:

  1. Heat some water on the stove and bring to a boil. Set steamer on top.

  2. Place 4 eggs in steamer basket. Set timer for 13 minutes.

  3. Prep an ice bath for the eggs. Once steamed, put in ice bath for 10 minutes.

  4. Peel the eggs. Pro-tip: shake in a container for easy peeling.

  5. Cut the eggs in half and remove yolk. Put yolk in mixing bowl.

  6. In the mixing bowl, add all the ingredients together. Once added, stir or mix on a high speed.

  7. Once thoroughly mixed, spoon the in yolk mix to the egg whites.

  8. Sprinkle with paprika
